Service fee
In some markets, MATCHi charges a service fee for all court and activity bookings made through the MATCHi app or web. This service fee replaces the separate split payment fee in these markets.

How it works
- The service fee is 4% of the transaction amount, with a minimum and maximum per market.
- In a split payment, the fee is calculated on each player’s share.
- The service fee is non-refundable – it is not refunded if the booking is cancelled.
What is not charged
- Memberships, subscriptions, value cards, and punch cards – no service fee.
- Submission form payments – no service fee.
- Public matches and split payments – no additional charge beyond the standard service fee.
- Bookings with a price of 0 – no service fee.
Note: When paying with a MATCHi Racketsport card, a service fee applies as it functions as a card transaction.
