With the new service fee we will have one coherent fee that works the same for regular bookings, activities, split payment bookings, cancellations as well as for public matches.
The new service fee will replace the current service fee for split payments. With the new service fee being non-refundable it will also replace the current cancellation fee. We are also removing the fee charged per player and activity in Padelboard, meaning that Padelboard will only have a monthly charge per court with no additional cost connected to usage.
The new fee structure ensures MATCHi as a long-term partner, where we are no longer reliant on external financing. -
The service fee is charged for court bookings and activity bookings that are made through the MATCHi app or web. There is no service fee for other purchases such as memberships, subscriptions, form submissions or purchases of a value cards or punch cards.
The service fee is non-refundable, meaning that it will be charged even if the player need to cancel a booking or part of a booking. - The service fee is calculated on the total amount of the booking. In a split payment the service fee is calculated on the amount paid by each participant in the booking.
- The service fee is 4% of the transaction amount. For each market there is also a minimum and a maximum amount that the fee will never go below or above. You can find the minimum and maximum amount for your market here.
- No, there is no service fee if the price of a booking, or a part of a booking, is 0.
