Why did MATCHi update the fee structure?
The new service fee creates one coherent fee that works the same for regular bookings, activities, split payment bookings, cancellations, and public matches.
How much is the service fee?
4% of the transaction amount, with a minimum and maximum per market.
Is the service fee refundable?
No. The service fee is non-refundable even if the booking is cancelled.
