At MATCHi, we value the social experience and we're always keeping user-friendliness and security in mind. Now, it's time for the split payment feature to step into the spotlight!

We’re gradually introducing the feature to ensure a seamless rollout, and it will gradually become available for all players. 

So how does it work?
It's simple! When a player books a court through the MATCHi app, they can choose to split the cost with their co-players  This means that the players only pay for their own part of the booking. Observe that there’s no additional charge towards you as a venue for a split payment booking (only a small service fee for split payment the player that uses the feature - in these markets we have another service fee, so the service fee for split payment does not apply for them: Thailand, Belgium, Netherlands, Romania, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, please read more about this here).

We make sure you're always 100% paid
We know these features regarding payments may raise concerns, but with MATCHi there's no need to worry - if the other players don’t pay their part, the entire amount will be charged to the individual who made the booking. Our feature guarantees that you receive the full payment, regardless of the payment decisions of others.
