Accepted payment methods
MATCHi supports the following payment methods for bookings and purchases:
Card payments
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Maestro – cannot be saved as a stored card due to Maestro card rules.
Card payments are secured by Adyen, a leading payment provider. More than one card can be stored on an account.
Digital wallets
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Vipps (Norway only)
MATCHi offers
Note for UK venues: Due to high transaction fees, American Express is no longer supported in the UK. Customers with memberships or recurring charges linked to American Express should update their payment details in the MATCHi app under Other settings or on the web under Account settings.
