Adding a recurring subscription time

A recurring subscription books the same court at the same time on a regular interval – weekly or every other week. This is the most common way to set up subscriptions for regular players.

Step by step

1. Go to Administration > Subscriptions and click Add.
2. Enter the customer name.
3. Select the season for the subscription.
4. Set the start date and end date. These define the period in which bookings will be created.
5. Select the court.
6. Select the start time.
7. Set the interval:
   • 1 week – the booking repeats every week on the same weekday
   • 2 weeks – every other week
8. Click Next to preview the subscription.

Handling conflicts

If any of the planned booking slots conflict with existing bookings, you will see a warning. You can:

• Choose to overwrite the conflicting bookings
• Go back and adjust the time or court

Confirmation

Review the total number of slots, the weekday, time, and court. Click Save to create the subscription.

Once created, the subscription appears in the subscriptions list and the individual bookings show up in the booking schedule.

Editing the subscription

To change the court, time, or date range after creation:

1. Open the subscription from the list.
2. Update the fields you want to change.
3. Click Save.

Changes apply to future bookings. Past bookings are not affected.

Removing a single slot

If you need to cancel just one occurrence (e.g. a holiday), you can remove individual slots from the subscription without cancelling the whole series.
