Add subscription

There are three different ways to add a subscription to a customer. 

Through administration > subscriptions

 

  1. Click "Add".
  2. Enter the customer name.
  3. Choose a season (You can easily copy the subscription into the next season if needed)
  4. Choose a start and end date. (The first and last day of the interval a booking can be made).
  5. Choose which court.
  6. Select start time (For 1-hour bookings, for example at 10.00 - 11.00 am, simply select 10.00).
  7. Choose how often you want the booking to be repeated. (For one time per week select “1 week”. For every other week select “2 weeks”).
  8. Add a comment (optional) to the subscription to share with other administrators in the booking schedule.
  9. Click ”Next”.
  10. Make sure all information is correct. If the new subscription has conflicts with current bookings you can cancel these bookings.
  11. Click “Create”.

Through the customer profile

  1. Go to the customers profile in your customer registry. Tap the "+ sign" in the upper corner under the "Subscriptions" area.
  2. Choose a season. (You can easily copy the subscription into the next season if needed).
  3. Choose a start and end date. (The first and last day of the interval a booking can be made).
  4. Choose which court.
  5. Select a start time (For 1-hour bookings, for example at 10.00 - 11.00 am, simply select 10.00).
  6. Choose how often you want the booking to be repeated. (For one time per week select “1 week”. For every other week select “2 weeks”).
  7. Add a comment (optional) to the subscription to share with other administrators in the booking schedule.
  8. Click ”Next”.

Through the schedule

  1. Go to the first date for the subscription and tap the grey area for the selected court and time
  2. Search the customer by writing the name or select “New customer”
  3. Set the booking type to “Subscription”
  4. Select payment method by ticking one of the boxes. (If you want to invoice the customer, you'll do that separately)
  5. Select the end date for the subscription
  6. Choose which weekdays the booking should occur by ticking the boxes. (If you want to book different times for different weekdays you have to make a separate subscription with another start time).
  7. Choose how often you want the booking to be repeated. (For one time per week select “1 week”. For every other week select “2 weeks”)
  8. Add a comment (optional) to the subscription to share with other administrators in the booking schedule.
  9. Click "Next".
  10. Before you confirm, make sure all information is correct. You can hover the pointer over the number of bookings to see which bookings will be made.
  11. If you want to adjust or remove the subscription go to "Administration" > "Subscriptions". Click "the  customer name" and make your adjustments
