Adding a subscription
There are three ways to add a subscription for a customer.
Option 1: Through Administration > Subscriptions
- Go to Administration > Subscriptions.
- Click Add.
- Enter the customer name.
- Choose a season. You can easily copy the subscription into the next season later.
- Set a start and end date – these define the first and last day a booking can be created within the season.
- Choose which court.
- Select start time. For a 1-hour booking (e.g. 10:00–11:00), select 10:00.
- Choose how often the booking should repeat:
- 1 week – every week
- 2 weeks – every other week
- Add a comment (optional) visible to other administrators in the booking schedule.
- Click Next.
Review all details on the confirmation screen. If the new subscription conflicts with existing bookings, you will be notified and can choose to overwrite them or adjust the time.
Click Save to create the subscription.
Option 2: From the booking schedule
Click an available slot in the booking schedule and choose Create subscription. The court, time, and date will be pre-filled.
Option 3: From the customer page
Open a customer's profile and go to the subscriptions section. Click Add subscription – the customer will be pre-filled.
After creating the subscription
When saving, you can optionally:
- Send notification – the customer receives an email about their new subscription
- Send payment link – include a payment link so the customer can pay online
- Mark as paid – if the customer pays in cash on site
Merged slots (consecutive bookings)
If a customer books consecutive time slots (e.g. 10:00–11:00 and 11:00–12:00), the system can merge these into a single subscription. This keeps the subscription list clean while pricing is still calculated per individual slot.
Access codes
You can assign an access code to a subscription if your venue uses door/gate systems. Go to the subscription details and set or remove the access code.
