Customer registry
The customer registry is the foundation of your venue’s administration. It contains all customers who have ever made a booking or been manually added by an administrator.
Go to Customers to get an overview of your customer file. The registry is divided into tabs:
- Active customers – all current customers
- Members – customers with an active membership
- Archived – customers that have been archived or merged
Finding customers
Use the search box to find customers by name, email, or customer number. You can also filter the list by:
- Gender
- Customer type – individual or company
- Group – filter by customer group
- Membership status – paid, unpaid, cancelled, etc.
- Season – customers active in a particular season
- Birth year
- Last activity – filter by when the customer was last active
- MATCHi connection – whether the customer is linked to a MATCHi user account (see Green M)
Customer profile
Click on a customer name to open their profile. From here you can see:
- Contact details and personal information
- Bookings and orders
- Subscriptions
- Memberships
- Invoices
- Group memberships
- Related customers at other venues in your facility group
Bulk actions
Select one or more customers and use Select action to perform actions in bulk. See Choose action for all available options.
Exporting customers
You can export your customer list to Excel for further analysis. The export runs in the background and you will be notified when the file is ready to download.
