Managing administrators
The administrator list shows all facility users who have administrative rights at your venue. Go to Administration > Administrators to view and manage who has access.
Admin roles and access rights
Each administrator can be given one or more roles that control what they can see and do:
- Facility admin – full access to all features and settings. Can manage other administrators. When this role is selected, all other roles are automatically included.
- Schedule – access to the booking schedule, bookings, and activities.
- Customer – access to customer management, groups, memberships, and offers (value cards, punch cards, promo codes).
- Invoice – access to invoice creation and payment tracking.
- Training planner – access to customer management, courses, and training features.
- Attendance keeper – read-only access to facility administration. This user role is limited to viewing information and switching between facilities.
A user with the Facility admin role can grant or change access rights for other administrators.
Multi-facility administration
If your organisation has multiple venues (a facility group), you can manage admin roles per facility from one place. When adding or editing an administrator, a matrix shows all facilities in the group with checkboxes for each role. This lets you give a user different access rights at different venues.
Use the Switch facility option to move between venues you have access to.
Important to know
- A user must have an existing MATCHi account before they can be added as an administrator. The account is looked up by email address.
- Removing all roles from an administrator removes their access entirely.
- Changes to access rights take effect immediately.
