Invoicing overview

MATCHi has a built-in invoicing feature for creating, sending, and tracking invoices. Most venues have this feature enabled. If you cannot find Invoicing under the Administration tab, contact MATCHi support to activate it.

Invoice workflow

The invoicing process follows these steps:

  1. Create invoice rows – add items to be invoiced (bookings, memberships, subscriptions, merchandise, etc.).
  2. Create invoicesgroup the rows into invoices per customer.
  3. Send invoices – send by email or print as PDF.
  4. Register payments – mark invoices as paid when payment is received.

Invoice statuses

  • Not registered – draft invoice, can still be edited.
  • Not paid – sent to customer, awaiting payment.
  • Paid – fully paid.
  • Past due – past the due date with outstanding balance.
  • Scrapped – voided.
  • Credited – refunded or reversed.
  • Incorrect – flagged as having errors.

Accounting integrations

MATCHi can integrate with external accounting systems like Fortnox. When enabled, invoices are automatically synced to your accounting system. Contact MATCHi to learn about available integrations.
