Invoicing subscriptions

When you invoice subscriptions correctly, the prices are calculated automatically from your subscription price list.

Important: The price list must be set up correctly before the subscription is created. Changing the price list after the fact does not update existing subscriptions.

From the Subscriptions page

  1. Go to Administration > Subscriptions.
  2. Use the filters to find the customers you want to invoice.
  3. Select the customers.
  4. Click Select action > Create invoice rows.

From the customer profile

  1. Open the customer’s profile.
  2. Click the shopping cart icon next to their subscription.
  3. Invoice rows are created based on the subscription details and price list.

After creating the invoice rows, go to Administration > Invoicing to group them into invoices and send them. See Creating invoices.
