What are price lists?

The price list determines the price for each time slot in the booking schedule. Each price list is linked to a sport and has a start date – it remains active until another price list for the same sport starts.

You can customize prices by:

  • Time of day – different prices for peak and off-peak hours.
  • Weekday – different prices for weekdays vs. weekends.
  • Date range – seasonal or promotional pricing.
  • Court – different prices for specific courts.
  • Customer category – special prices for members, specific membership types, or groups.
  • Time before booking – last-minute pricing (e.g. free for juniors if booked within 5 minutes of the slot start).

Pricing types

  • Hour-based (default) – the price is defined per hour and automatically scaled based on booking length. A 90-minute booking on a 200 kr/hour court costs 300 kr.
  • Slot-based – the price is fixed per booking regardless of duration.

Managing price lists

Go to Administration > Price lists. Here you see three tabs:

  • Active – currently active price lists (the latest start date per sport).
  • Upcoming – price lists with a future start date that will replace the current active list.
  • Inactive – past price lists that have been superseded.

Important

Price lists are independent from seasons. If you change your season hours or create a new season, check that your price list still covers the correct times.
