In MATCHi, the booking schedule is created by what we call ”Seasons”.
This means opening or closing bookable times in the schedule by creating and adjusting your season.
There is no right - or wrong way to work with your season, but depending on the functions you use you can make the season work with you.
For example if you use the ”Subscriptions” function, you can adjust the length of your season to match your subscriptions and then easily copy them from one season to the next.
The most common is to have two seasons per year: a spring and an autumn season.
ATTENTION! Remember that the price list is independent from the season and needs to be adjuster manually if you make changes to your times from previous seasons.
