What is a quick deviation?

A quick deviation lets you change the booking duration for specific time slots directly from the booking schedule, without navigating to the season settings.

Create a quick deviation

1. Open the booking schedule.
2. Click Select multiple in the top right corner.
3. Click on the time slots you want to change.

   Important: The selected slots must be consecutive and have the same start and end times across the courts you select. For example, if you have 60-minute slots and want 90-minute slots, you need to select two consecutive slots to provide enough time (60 + 60 = 120 minutes, which fits one 90-minute slot with a 30-minute gap).

4. Click Deviations and then Create deviation.
5. The deviation form is pre-filled with the dates, times, and courts from your selection. You only need to set the booking duration (e.g. 1:30 for 90 minutes).
6. Confirm to apply.

Tips

• To create 90-minute slots from 60-minute slots, select two consecutive time slots. This creates one 90-minute slot and leaves a 30-minute gap.
• To avoid gaps, select three 60-minute slots – this creates two 90-minute slots that fill the entire time range.
• You can also create a quick deviation from an empty slot in the schedule by clicking on the empty time and selecting the deviation option.
