Copy a price list

Copying is the easiest way to create a new price list based on an existing one. The copy includes all price categories, conditions, and prices.

1. Go to Administration > Price lists.
2. Tick the checkbox next to the price list you want to copy.
3. Click Select Action > Copy.
4. Enter a new name for the price list.
5. Choose the start date – this is when the new price list takes effect and replaces the currently active one for that sport.
6. Click Copy.

The new price list appears under the Upcoming tab. Open it to adjust prices as needed before the start date.

When to use copy

• Seasonal price changes – copy the current list, set a new start date, and adjust prices.
• Safe editing – instead of editing an active price list directly, copy it first so you have a backup.
• New sport – copy a similar price list and change the sport and prices.
