Create a price list

Create a price list

1. Go to Administration > Price lists.
2. Click Add price list in the black bar.
3. Fill in the details:
   • Pricing type – choose between:
     • Hour-based – prices are defined per hour and automatically calculated based on booking length (default).
     • Slot-based – prices are fixed per booked time slot, regardless of duration.
   • Sport – select which sport this price list applies to.
   • Start date – the date from which this price list becomes active. It stays active until another price list for the same sport and type starts.
   • Name – give the price list a descriptive name.
   • Subscriptions – check this box if the price list should apply to subscription bookings. Leave unchecked for regular drop-in bookings.
4. Click Save.

Note: You cannot have two price lists with the same start date, sport, and type (subscription vs. regular) for the same venue.

After creating the price list

A new price list starts with one default price category called “Standard”. To configure prices:

1. Open the price list and go to the price category view.
2. Add price categories with conditions (time of day, weekday, court, etc.) to differentiate pricing.
3. Set prices for each combination of price category and customer category.
