Go to "Administration" and select "Price lists".
- Click "Add price list" in the black menu.
- Choose whether you want the price list to be time-based, where prices are defined per hour and automatically calculated based on the booking length, or booking-based, where prices are set per booked time slot.
- Choose a sport type for the price list.
- Select a start date when the price list should be valid from. (The price list is active until another price list starts).
- Choose a name for the price list. Generally it is named after the season.
- Enter your notes (optional) in the field description. (Only visible to other editors).
- Check the box the price list applies to subscriptions if it is correct. Leave it if the price list applies to everyone.
- Click "Save".
Now you have done the first step! Next is to add price categories for your new price list.
