Hello, how can we help you today?

Add a new price category

  • Updated

Before you start adding pricing categories  we recommend you to have the different prices according to day and time written down. Specify the prices according to opening hours and customers and members.

If you use an hour based price list, the price you set will apply for 1 hour bookings, but will be re-calculated automatically if the booking length is more or less than an hour. This means you only need settings for time and days and the price will change according to booking length automatically.

Go to "Administration" and select "Price lists".

  1. Click on the price list you created.
  2. Set the ordinary price for members and customers. The ordinary price is the highest court price. Skip the column "account " unless you are using an integrated bookkeeping system.
  3. Click on "Add pricing category".
  4. Name the pricing category. For example "Daytime weekdays".
  5. Add desired conditions:

Note! You do not have to use all conditions. Use only the ones you need. If the price will be valid going forward, do not use the date condition. If the price is valid for all day, do not use the time condition. Less is more when it comes to price categories.

Temporary price: Fill in the start- and end date if this is a temporary price and click "Add". For example, an opening offer. Leave the fields empty if the price will continue as long as this price list is active.

Time schedule: Fill in "Time from" and "Time to" and click "Add". For example, 09-16.

Days applied: Enter which week days the price applies and click "Add". For example, Mo, Tu, We, Th, Fre.

Courts: Choose your courts and click "Add". Leave the boxes unchecked if the price applies to all courts.

Time remaining until reservation: Use this if you want to offer a specific price when there is a limited time left until the booking starts. For instance, when there is 2 hours left to the start of the booking, players can book for X price.
