To edit an existing price list, we recommend saving a copy of your current price list first, in case something goes wrong. Go to "Administration" and select "Price lists".
- Check the box for the price list you want to edit and "Choose action" and "Copy".
- Enter a new name you will remember. Set the start date to when you want the new list to replace the old one.
- Click "Copy".
- Click on "Upcoming" to see the price list you copied.
- Click on the price list and update the prices according to the pricing categories.
- Click "Save prices".
When the new price list starts it will be moved to the list "Active" and the old one will be moved to the list "Inactive".
