Edit price list

Edit an existing price list

We recommend saving a copy of your current price list before making changes, so you can revert if needed.

Recommended approach: Copy and modify

1. Go to Administration > Price lists.
2. Tick the checkbox next to the price list you want to edit.
3. Click Choose action > Copy.
4. Enter a new name for the copy (e.g. “Spring 2026 – Updated”).
5. Set the start date to when the new prices should take effect – this will replace the current active price list on that date.
6. Click Copy.
7. Go to the Upcoming tab to find the copied price list.
8. Open it and update the prices as needed.

The copy includes all price categories, conditions, and prices from the original.

Direct edit

You can also edit an active price list directly by clicking on it and changing the prices. However, changes take effect immediately, so the copy approach is safer for larger changes.

Update the name or start date

1. Click on the price list name.
2. Change the name, description, or start date.
3. Click Save.

Delete a price list

To delete a price list, open it and click Delete. This removes the price list and all its categories, conditions, and prices. If this was the active price list for a sport, the previous price list (by start date) becomes active again.
