What is a subscription price list?
A subscription price list lets you set different prices for subscriptions compared to regular bookings. This is useful when you want to offer subscription holders a reduced rate.
If no subscription-specific price list is set, the system uses the regular price list for the sport.
Creating a subscription price list
- Go to Administration > Price lists.
- Click Add price list.
- Choose the pricing model:
- Time-based – prices are defined per hour and automatically calculated based on booking length
- Booking-based – prices are set per booked time slot regardless of length
- Select the sport type.
- Set a start date. The price list is active from this date until another price list starts.
- Enter a name (typically the season name).
- Add a description (optional, only visible to administrators).
- Check the box "applies to subscriptions" to mark this as a subscription price list.
- Click Save.
Setting prices
After creating the price list, set prices for each time slot and customer category. The subscription price is calculated per individual slot – even for merged subscriptions (consecutive time slots), the price is the sum of each slot’s individual price.
How subscription pricing works
- When a subscription is created, the system looks for an active subscription price list for that sport.
- If one exists, it is used. If not, the regular price list applies.
- Subscription prices can be recalculated at any time by selecting subscriptions and choosing Update prices from the actions menu.
- When invoicing subscriptions, you can override the calculated price per subscription.
