Here we explain how to prolong a subscription into the next season by copying the subscription.
Go to "Administration" > "Subscriptions" .
- Adjust the filters if needed until the subscription appears in the list.
- Tick the box for the subscription/subscriptions you want to extend and click "Choose action" > "Copy selected".
- Select the season you want to copy it to. (First you need to create the next season).
- Set a start and end date. (The whole season is a preset).
- Click "Next".
- Confirm the settings and click "Copy subscription".
- The new subscription is now created. Tap "Cancel" to go back to the subscriptions list. (This will not remove the subscription).
- Check the new subscription in the list by setting the filter to the new season.
