Create Promo Code

Promo codes can be used in campaigns to offer customers discounts. For example: BLACKFRIDAY gives customers a 25% discount during a specific period.

Go to Administration/Deals/Promo Codes. Click on "Add Promo Code" in the black menu. In the first step, you will set up general settings.

1. Name the Promo Code, for example, Christmas Eve.
2. Choose the code itself (what the player should enter), e.g., Christmas.
3. Select the type of discount the code will provide, either a percentage or a fixed amount.
4. Choose the period during which the Promo Code will be active, e.g., between December 17 and December 24. You can set when it can be used later under Conditions.
   
   Example 1: You want a code that is valid only on December 24, but you want players to be able to book using the code from December 17 to December 24.
   
   
5. Choose if there is a Max Usage – this is if, for example, only the first 50 users should get the discount. If there is no limit, choose Unlimited.
6. Decide if it can only be used once per customer or multiple times.
7. Click "Save."

Now you have created the ground for the Promo Code. In the next step, you will specify the conditions. Click on the name of the Promo Code to bring up two tabs: Edit/Conditions.

Edit:

 Click on the "Edit" tab to modify the information you entered when creating the Promo Code.

Conditions: 

Click on the "Conditions" tab to establish rules for the Promo Code, such as specific courts, times, or days of the week. 

Click on "Add Rule," fill in the conditions, and "Save." 

It's important that all conditions are within the same rule. 

Example 1: You want a code that is valid only on December 24, but you want players to be able to book using the code from December 17 to December 24. In conditions, select only December 24 to December 24. 

Example 2: You want a code that is valid only on December 24 between 09:00-15:00, only on tennis courts. In conditions, select only December 24 to December 24, 09:00-15:00, and fill in only the courts you want the code to be applicable to. 

When you are satisfied with all the rules, scroll down to Add. These rules will then appear on the left side, where you choose the name of the rule (visible only to the facility), and press save. 

The rules are independent of each other, meaning only one rule needs to be met for the customer to be able to book and pay with the Promo code. Therefore, it's crucial to group the rules correctly; otherwise, there is a risk that one rule may override another.
