Bulk actions for customers
In the customer registry, you can select one or more customers and click Select action to perform the following actions.
Archive
Move selected customers to the archived list. Archived customers are hidden from the active customer list but their data is preserved. You can restore them later or delete them permanently.
Invite
Send an email invitation to selected customers to register on MATCHi for online booking and payments. Only customers with an email address will receive the invitation. See Invite customer for details.
Groups
Add or remove selected customers to/from a group.
Add offer
Add a punch card or value card to selected customers.
Send message
Send an email message to selected customers. You can choose to include guardian emails (for minors), send yourself a copy, and deduplicate recipients so each email address only receives the message once. See Send email newsletter for details.
Create invoice
Create invoices for selected customers.
Export
Export selected customers to an Excel file. The export runs in the background and you will be notified when the file is ready.
Membership payment link
Activate payment links for membership payments for selected customers.
