Adding a new customer

  1. Go to Customers.
  2. Click Add in the black bar.
  3. Fill in the General information. A correct email address is important – it’s used for booking confirmations, invitations, and communication.
  4. If the customer should have a membership, add it after saving the profile.
  5. You can add the customer to a group.
  6. Click Save.

Customer information fields

A customer profile can include:

  • Personal information – name, email, phone, cell phone, date of birth, gender
  • Address – street, city, zip code, country, nationality
  • Company details – company name, contact person, organization number, VAT number
  • Invoice address – separate billing address if different from the main address
  • Guardian information – up to two guardians with name, email, and phone (for minors)
  • Personal number – national ID number (format depends on venue country settings)

Customer number

Each customer is assigned a unique customer number automatically. The number increases by 1 for each new customer. For example, if you have 100 customers, the next one will be number 101.

Customer numbers are unique within your venue and cannot be changed.

Automatic linking

When you add a customer, the system checks if there is an existing MATCHi user with a matching email and name. If found, the customer profile is automatically linked to the user account (shown by the Green M).
