Your primary VAT setting
When your venue is first added to the MATCHi booking platform we will add a primary VAT-value to your venue based on your main business.
This VAT value will be your default value, but you can have different VAT values for different articles.
If you want to change the VAT value for a specific article, follow the steps below:
1. Click on "Administration" on the green header and go to "The venue"
This will take you to a page with all your current venue information.
2. Click on the "Settings"-tab and scroll to the bottom of the page until you reach "Variable VAT Settings"
Here you will find four possible settings where you can add a different VAT to your article items.
Booking: The VAT-Setting that will apply to all court-bookings
Activity: The VAT-Setting that will apply to all activity-bookings that are made through MATCHi
Membership: The VAT-Setting that will apply to all membership purchases.
Form Submission: The VAT-Setting that will apply to all your different types of application that have a payment connected to it.
Observe: If you don't change any of the VAT-Settings, your facility default VAT-setting will apply.
This VAT-Setting is set when you first started with MATCHi.
