It is here you manage the settings about your venue and the information customers see on your club's/venue's start page.
Go to "Administration" and select "The venue".
About the venue
At this tab you find the clubs/venues default settings entered by MATCHi. Add a description and keep your contact details updated. These are displayed and visible for customers at your clubs/venues start page.
Contact MATCHi if you need to update your company details or bank details.
Settings
Click on the "Settings" tab.
Booking message: Write a message to attach in the booking confirmation.
Default booking at customer: Use this feature to preselect a customer for upcoming bookings. If you leave this blank no customer will be chosen by default.
E-mail confirmation default at booking: Check this box if the customers should receive an e-mail confirmation when booking. (Customer have a choice to uncheck this box when booking).
Refund subscription: Check this box to activate refunds to cancelled court subscriptions. Select when the subscriber should get a refund and how it should be received.
Bill bookings: Select related article and add a description for how invoices for drop-ins are handled. If you need to change your company information, contact MATCHi support.
Invoicing fee: Tick this box to activate an invoice fee. Select related articles, add a description and a price.
Turn on viewing names in the booking schedule: Tick this box if the names of the players should be visible in the booking schedule. Note! We recommend you to have the customers approval according to GDPR before you use this feature. (Applies to every EU/EES member).
All courts tab is default: Check the box if your venue uses court groups and want to display the "All courts" tab in the booking schedule. This is only in the administration view, it will not affect the player view.
Passcodes
These settings allow you to import pass codes if your venue uses the pass code solution by Telkey, Conlan or other lock providers. You cannot use this for courts that are connected to QT Systems. The passcodes will be visible in the booking confirmation e-mail and on the booking for the player.
