Cancel and/or refund booking

Go to "Schedule".

  1. Click on the reservation
  2. Click "Cancel Time"
  3. Select an option
    Cancel and give a full refund
    Cancel and give a full refund (customer pays cancellation fee: 12.5 SEK *)
    Cancel without giving a refund

  4. Type a message to the user (optional) and choose cancellation option. Click cancel again.

When a reservation is canceled by you as an administrator the amount will be credited back to the same payment method the customer used when making the purchase. 

Drop ins can be refunded within two days after playtime. 


If the time has passed, you need to contact MATCHi support to get help with the customer's refund. MATCHi support can only refund bookings where the payment is made within the current month. If the booking is in the previous month, you need to handle the customer's refund manually as the money has already been paid to your site.
