Customer cancellation

"When do I get my money back?" is a common question asked by customers to both MATCHi support and to club administrators when a reservation is cancelled. 

At the time a customer make a purchase at MATCHi, an equal amount is reserved in the bank account to ensure the card has coverage to complete the payment.  A reservation does not mean that the money will be charged to the account. 

If a customer cancels in time (according to the cancellation policy for the club). the reservation will be removed after a few business days and the money will then appear in the account again - i.e, a refund will not be visible. The balance will not be affected except for a cancellation fee of -12.50 SEK *.  

The customer will always be informed about what applies in the cancellation email, please ask the customer to check what is written there to get more information about their cancellation.

*The cancellation fee will differ depending on the currency (in Sweden its 12,50 SEK)
