What is the Green M?
The green M next to a customer name in your customer registry indicates that the customer profile is connected to a MATCHi user account. This means the player can book and pay online.
Two types of registries
MATCHi has two separate customer registries:
- Your venue registry – contains all players who have interacted with your venue or been added manually. This registry is private to your venue.
- MATCHi user accounts – the global MATCHi accounts that players use to book across all venues.
The Green M shows that a customer in your venue registry is linked to a global MATCHi user account.
How the connection works
The system automatically links a customer profile to a MATCHi user when:
- A player with a MATCHi account books at your venue for the first time
- A customer’s email and name match an existing MATCHi user
You can also manually link or unlink a customer from the customer profile. If the link seems incorrect, click Refresh to update the connection.
Multi-venue facilities
If your organization has multiple venues (a master facility with local facilities), the system automatically identifies the same customer across venues using matching properties (email, name, date of birth). This is managed through the Global Customership system and ensures a unified view of each player’s activity across your venues.
