Each customer has a customer profile which can be edited by you as an administrator to update contact details, membership, group, offers and more.
Customer profile
There are two ways to navigate to the customer profile.
Through the customer register: Go to "Customers" and search the customer in the search box. Click on the customer's name in the list.
Quick search - magnifying glass: Click on the magnifying glass to the right of the club/facility's name at the top left corner. Enter the customer's name, email or customer number to search the customer. Click on the customer's name in the list.
Contact details
The contact details you have saved for the customer is viewed in the customer profile. You can update the contact details without affecting the customer's login. However, booking confirmation and other club info will be sent to the contact details you have entered.
MATCHi connection (the green M)
If the customer is connected to a MATCHi account, a green "M" is displayed next to the name in the customer register and under the profile picture of the customer profile.
"This customer is connected to a MATCHi user" means that the customer has access to all information in your customer register in order to be able to pay with a punch card or get a membership price.
To see if the customer is linked with the same email address that you have entered in the contact details, you can hold the mouse pointer over the customer's profile picture to see the customer's login details.
If the customer already has a MATCHi account, you can try to save the customer profile to link the account. Click "Edit" on the customer's profile and "Save". If information such as email, first and last name matches the system, the account will be linked to the customer profile in the customer register.
Add post (+ sign)
In the customer profile, you can choose to perform an action just like in the customer register. There is a + sign in front of each box to add membership, family membership, groups, offers, subscriptions and invoices.
