Editing a customer

Each customer has a profile that you can edit to update contact details, membership, group membership, and more.

Finding the customer profile

There are two ways to navigate to a customer profile:

  • Through the customer registry: Go to Customers and search by name, email, or customer number. Click on the customer’s name in the list.
  • Quick search: Click the magnifying glass icon next to the venue name in the top left. Enter the customer’s name, email, or customer number and click on the result.

What you can edit

From the customer profile you can update:

  • Personal details – name, email, phone, date of birth, gender
  • Address – street, city, zip code, country
  • Company details – for organization-type customers
  • Invoice address – separate billing address
  • Guardian information – for minors (up to two guardians)
  • Notes – internal notes visible only to administrators

Linking to a MATCHi account

If a customer is not yet linked to a MATCHi user account, you can manually link them from the profile page. This connects the venue customer profile to the player’s MATCHi account, enabling online booking and the Green M indicator.

You can also unlink a customer from their user account if needed.
