Invite customer

To be able to book online, the customer needs to register a user account at MATCHI.  If the customer does not have an account, you can send an invite.

You can invite customers who do not have a MATCHi account and customers who have no connection to an existing account.

  1. Go to the customer profile.
  2. Click on the "Invite" button. You can see when the customer last received an invitation but you can always send a new one.
  3. An invitation is sent to the customer by email "You have been invited to start using MATCHi" with an activation link.
  4. The customer chooses to log in with existing MATCHi account or to create a new account. If a new account is created, the email address has to be to be confirmed in the activation email the customer receives.
  5. When the customer has logged in to MATCHi, the customer receives a "green M" in the customer file.

Incorrect connection: Contact MATCHI support if a customer is connected to an incorrect login. Attach the customer's email so we can remove the link.
