Cancelled Activities” Tab:
Under Activities > Cancelled activities, you’ll find a list of all activity occasions that have been cancelled at your venue.
What you can see:
- Which activity occasion was cancelled
- Who was signed up
- The reason for cancellation
- Other basic details like date and time
What you can do:
Nothing—this view is for information only. You can’t take any actions here, but it’s useful if you want to follow up or keep track of what’s happened.
Note: Only activities cancelled from 1 July 2025 onwards will appear in the list.
