Cancelled activities
Under Administration > Activities > Cancelled activities, you can see a list of all activity occasions that have been cancelled at your venue.
What you can see
- Which activity occasion was cancelled
- The date and time of the occasion
- Who was signed up
- The reason for cancellation:
- Manual with refund – an administrator cancelled the occasion and refunded participants.
- Manual without refund – an administrator cancelled the occasion without refunding.
- Automatic (too few participants) – the system cancelled the occasion because the minimum number of participants was not reached by the cancellation deadline. Participants are refunded automatically.
What you can do
This view is for information only. You cannot take any actions from here, but it is useful for tracking what has happened and for following up with customers if needed.
Note: Only activities cancelled from 1 July 2025 onwards appear in this list.
