Edit activity

Editing an activity

  1. Go to Administration > Activities.
  2. Click on the activity you want to edit.
  3. Click the Edit tab.
  4. Make your changes (name, internal description, price, members price, sign-up windows, level range, activity category, etc.).
  5. Click Save.

Important: Changes apply only to occasions created after the change. Existing occasions keep their current settings. To update existing occasions, edit them individually from the occasion list.

Updating upcoming occasions

When you save changes to an activity, you may be asked whether to apply the new settings to all upcoming occasions. This lets you update price, capacity, online availability, and other settings across all future occasions at once.

Uploading an activity image

  1. On the Edit tab, click New picture.
  2. Choose an image file from your computer.
  3. Click Save.

The image is shown to customers on your MATCHi page. Make sure it meets the size requirements described on the upload form.

To remove an image, click the Remove image button.

Archiving an activity

If you no longer run an activity but want to keep its history, archive it instead of deleting:

  1. Go to Administration > Activities.
  2. Click on the activity.
  3. Click Archive.

Archived activities are hidden from the active list and can be found under the Archive tab. You can restore an archived activity by clicking Unarchive.

Deleting an activity

An activity can only be deleted if all its occasions are in the past or already cancelled. If the activity has upcoming occasions, cancel or remove those first.

  1. Click on the activity.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Clearing empty occasions

Use the Clear option to remove all occasions that have no participants. This is useful for cleaning up sessions that were booked but never filled.
