Refund activity fee

Note that activity fees can only be credited within 2 days from the payment, any refunds of payments older than that has to be refunded by the MATCHi support team. They can only issue refunds for purchases made within the current month.

To refund an application fee go to the "Administration" tab and select "Activities". Choose the activity to see the list of booked sessions.

  1. Click on the session date to refund the customer, there you'll find a list of all participants. 
  2. Click on the "Change" button next to the customer. Choose one of the following options:
    Refund (this option will only be visible within 2 days after the customer made the payment)
    Remove and refund (this option will only be visible within 2 days after the customer made the payment)
    Remove without refund

    Removing a customer from the activity opens a slot for a new participant. If you give the customer a refund, the money will be in their bank account within 3-4 bank days.

    If you need to refund all customers, use the "remove and refund" button at the bottom of the activity page. Note! The button "remove" only removes the activity, it doesn't issue refunds.
