Booking and paying with a value card

When a customer has an active value card and makes a booking, the value card appears as an available payment method – provided the booking meets the card’s conditions (court, time, date, etc.).

How it works

  1. The customer (or administrator) selects a time slot and proceeds to payment.
  2. The value card is shown as a payment option.
  3. The customer selects the value card.
  4. The booking cost is deducted from the card’s credit balance.

Important notes

  • The booking must meet the card’s conditions (if any are set). For example, if the card is restricted to weekdays only, it will not appear as an option for weekend bookings.
  • The card must have enough credits to cover the full booking cost.
  • VAT is applied at the time of booking, not at purchase. The VAT rate depends on the booking type (e.g. court sport).
  • Credits are deducted equal to the booking price in your venue’s currency.
