Create value card

Creating a value card

1. Go to Administration > Offers > Value cards.
2. Click Add value card in the black bar.
3. Configure the general settings:
   • Name – e.g. “Value card 1000 SEK”.
   • Description – describe the terms of the card. This is shown to customers if the card is sold online.
   • Credits – the number of credits on the card (1 credit = 1 unit of your currency).
   • Validity – set either a fixed number of days or a specific end date.
   • Available online – check this to make the card available for purchase on MATCHi.
   • Members only – restrict purchase to customers with an active membership.
4. Click Save.

Setting conditions

After creating the value card, you can add conditions that control where the card can be used. Conditions define which bookings the card is valid for:

• Date – restrict to specific date ranges.
• Time – restrict to specific times of day.
• Weekday – restrict to certain days of the week.
• Court – restrict to specific courts.
• Activity – restrict to specific activities.
• Hours in advance – require booking within a certain number of hours before the slot.

Conditions are grouped. Within a group, all conditions must be met (AND). If you have multiple groups, the card is valid if any group’s conditions are met (OR).

Setting prices per customer category

You can set different purchase prices for each customer category. This allows you to offer discounted value cards to members, juniors, or other segments.
