Editing a customer’s value card

You can edit a value card that has been added to a customer’s profile.

  1. Go to Customers and open the customer’s profile.
  2. Find the value card under the Offers section.
  3. Click the edit icon (pencil).

What you can change

  • Validity date – click the date under “Valid until” to extend or shorten the card’s validity.
  • Credits – edit the “Number of credits” field to add or remove credits. 1 credit = 1 unit of your venue’s currency.
  • Freeze the card – enter a reason in the “Annotations” field and click Lock. A frozen card cannot be used for payment until unlocked.
