VAT settings for value cards

  • Updated

VAT settings in regards to value cards differ from how it works with punchcards.
When buying a value card the customer is not charged any VAT at the time of purchase, but instead charged when the value card is used to pay for a booking.

Example: A player buys a value card for a predetermined amount and is not debited any VAT at the time of purchase. The same player then uses the value card to pay for a tennis booking. The price for the booking in withdrawn from the value card and VAT is then applied to the payed amount. The VAT is visible on the customers receipt.

VAT can therefore not be set to value cards.
