Adding a value card to a customer
There are two ways a value card can be added to a customer’s profile:
- Online purchase – if the value card is marked as “Available online”, the customer can buy it through MATCHi. The card is automatically added to their profile.
- Manual addition – you as an administrator add the card and handle the payment.
Adding a card manually
- Go to Customers.
- Click on the customer’s name to open their profile.
- Click the plus sign next to Offers.
- Select the value card type.
- Add a note (optional).
- Click Add.
The value card is now active on the customer’s profile and can be used as a payment method when booking.
