Adding a value card to a customer

There are two ways a value card can be added to a customer’s profile:

  • Online purchase – if the value card is marked as “Available online”, the customer can buy it through MATCHi. The card is automatically added to their profile.
  • Manual addition – you as an administrator add the card and handle the payment.

Adding a card manually

  1. Go to Customers.
  2. Click on the customer’s name to open their profile.
  3. Click the plus sign next to Offers.
  4. Select the value card type.
  5. Add a note (optional).
  6. Click Add.

The value card is now active on the customer’s profile and can be used as a payment method when booking.
