Membership type price
The price you set on a membership type is the amount a customer pays when applying for or renewing the membership.
Online vs. manual memberships
- Online purchase – if the membership type is available online, the price is shown to customers on MATCHi and charged at the time of purchase.
- Manual membership – if the membership type is not sold online, you don’t need to set a price. Payment is handled separately (e.g. cash, invoice) and you add the membership manually to the customer.
Booking prices for members
The membership type price is separate from booking prices. If you want members to pay a different rate when booking courts, configure this through:
- Create a customer category for members.
- Set member-specific prices in your price list.
See Special prices for membership for a step-by-step guide.
Family membership pricing
If your venue uses family memberships, you can set a maximum family price. The total price for all family members is capped at this amount – individual member prices are adjusted proportionally so the family never pays more than the cap.
Invoicing memberships
Memberships can be invoiced. See Invoice memberships for details on creating invoices for membership fees.
