Invoicing memberships

You can create invoices for membership fees from the customer profile or in bulk from the members list.

From the customer profile

  1. Open the customer’s profile.
  2. Find the membership section.
  3. Click the invoice icon to create an invoice for the membership fee.

In bulk from the members list

  1. Go to Customers and switch to the Members tab.
  2. Select the members you want to invoice.
  3. Click Choose action > Create invoice.
  4. Set the invoice details (description, VAT, discount).
  5. Click Create invoicing.

Invoice payment states

When an invoice payment status changes, the membership is updated automatically:

  • Invoice paid – the membership is marked as paid.
  • Invoice credited – the payment is reversed and the membership returns to unpaid status.
  • Invoice cancelled – the invoice payment is annulled.

Family memberships

For family memberships, invoicing is typically done through the contact member (the primary family member). When the family invoice is paid, all family members’ memberships are marked as paid.

Fortnox integration

If your venue uses Fortnox, membership invoices are synced to your Fortnox account. You can select the article and organization when creating the invoice.
