The membership status will tell you the payment status of the customers membership.
The membership information can be found on the customer page in your registry. Click the square symbol with a pen in it to edit the membership. You can edit the payment status, member type, payment status and validity period.
You can only edit the payment status of the membership if it hasn't been invoiced or paid by card online. If you want to override the card or invoice payment status you have to remove the membership and then add a new one. Click the edit button and then use the "Delete" button, that will simply remove the membership from the customer. Deleted memberships will be shown under the "Terminated memberships" section (only visible when there are any terminated memberships). Add a new membership by clicking the + button.

Family Membership
Family memberships can be bought by the players on your MATCHi page. It is a bundle of separate memberships that are bought for a set price.
As an administrator, you can edit and create families as you wish. In some cases, MATCHi suggests customers who can be part of a family based on profile information, such as a common address. In order for a customer to be admitted as part of a family when you add them manually, the customer first needs to have a membership on their profile.
You can only have one active membership per venue linked to your customer profile. An active membership includes all memberships regardless of status: Active (green), Cancelled (orange), Inactive (red), or Pending (blue). If a player already has a membership with any of these statuses, they cannot apply for a new membership at the same venue.
