Statements vs Statistics
The statement and the statistics view in MATCHi show different things and should not be compared directly.
Statements
A statement shows the revenue received during a particular month. This is the actual money that came in during that period.
Statistics
The statistics view under Administration shows what was created during that month – bookings made, activities signed up for, memberships sold, etc.
Why they differ
A booking created in January but paid in February appears in the January statistics but the February statement. Similarly, a refund processed in March appears on the March statement even though the original booking was created earlier.
This is normal and expected. Use statements for financial reconciliation and statistics for operational reporting.
