Refund course application

This can only be done by MATCHi support, removing the course application does not issue a refund. Please contact MATCHi Support if you need to refund a course application. 

We can help with refunds until the last day of the current month. For example, purchases made in April can be refunded until April 30th.
After that, you need to handle the refund manually as the invoice is already created and the amount paid to your site.
