Refund a course application
Course application refunds can only be processed by MATCHi support. Removing a course application does not issue a refund automatically.
How to request a refund
- Contact MATCHi support with the details of the application.
- Support can process refunds until the last day of the current month. For example, purchases made in April can be refunded until 30 April.
- After the month ends, you need to handle the refund manually as the invoice has already been created and the amount paid to your venue.
