Step 1
Go to Administration/Offers/Punch card. Click on "Add punch card" in the black bar. In this first step you will do the general settings.
- Name the punchcard. For example "10 punches"
- Clearly describe the terms of the punch card.
- Choose how many bookings/punches should be included in this card or check the box unlimited.
- Set the validity period. Either a fixed number of days or a final date.
- Choose to set a limit of upcoming bookings at the same time.

Choose whether you want it to be possible or not to use multiple punches to pay for a booking. This can occur if the player wants to book a time that is longer than the maximum duration time of the punch card (see point 7). Keep in mind that the player has the option to extend a booking and still pay with punches if you do not disable this function.

Choose how many minutes each punch is valid for booking. For example, if you choose 60 minutes and the player wants to book 90 minutes, the player must pay with two punches.
- Check the box "Available online" if you want the punch card to be available for booking and payment online at MATCHi.
- Choose VAT (cannot be changed once the punch card has been created)
- Click "Save".
Now you have created the general settings for the punch card. The next step is to set prices and terms.
Step 2
Click on the punch card's name you wish to edit. This view has four tabs Customers/Prices/Edit/Settings
Customers
Click on the "Customers" tab to get an overview. The list includes members who have purchased, how many punches a customer has left, the validity period and the date the punch card was created.
Prices
Click on the "Prices" tab.

Should the punch card be sold online? Fill in the different price categories. If the punch card only should be offered to members, simply fill in member box and leave the other fields empty.

Should the punch card be sold outside of MATCHi? Leave all the fields empty if payment is handled by administrators and takes place outside of MATCHi.
Edit
Here you can change the settings you entered when you first created the punch card.
Settings
Here you can create rules for the punch card to be applied on certain courts, times or days of the week.
Click on "Add rule", fill in the terms and "Save".

Example 1: To restrict the card to A-times you need to create one rule with the condition 06-09 and a second rule with conditions 16-21.

Example 2: To create a card that only applies to certain courts and for some activities, you need to create two separate rules. If you add all the conditions in one and the same rule, all criteria must be met.
The rules are independent of each other which means that only one rule needs to be fulfilled in order for the customer to be able to book and pay with the punch card.
