Adding a punch card to a customer

There are two ways a punch card can be added to a customer’s profile:

  • Online purchase – if the punch card is marked as “Available online”, the customer can buy it through MATCHi. The card is automatically added to their profile.
  • Manual addition – you as an administrator add the card and handle the payment.

Adding a card manually

  1. Go to Customers.
  2. Click on the customer’s name to open their profile.
  3. Click the plus sign next to Offers.
  4. Select the punch card type.
  5. Add a note (optional).
  6. Click Add.
