There are two ways to add a punch card to a customer. For one, if the customer has purchased the card online at MATCHi the card will appear on the customer profile. Second, you as an administrator can add the card to the customer and handle the payment.
Go to "Customers".
- Click on the "customer name" to view the profile.
- Click on the "plus sign" next to offers.
- Choose a punch card and type a note (optional).
- Click "Add".
