Editing a customer’s punch card
You can edit a punch card that has been added to a customer’s profile.
- Go to Customers and open the customer’s profile.
- Find the punch card under the Offers section.
- Click the edit icon (pencil).
What you can change
- Validity date – click the date under “Valid until” to extend or shorten the card’s validity.
- Punches – click +1 to add a punch or -1 to remove a punch.
- Freeze the card – enter a reason in the “Annotations” field and click Lock. A frozen card cannot be used for bookings until unlocked.
