Editing a customer’s punch card

You can edit a punch card that has been added to a customer’s profile.

  1. Go to Customers and open the customer’s profile.
  2. Find the punch card under the Offers section.
  3. Click the edit icon (pencil).

What you can change

  • Validity date – click the date under “Valid until” to extend or shorten the card’s validity.
  • Punches – click +1 to add a punch or -1 to remove a punch.
  • Freeze the card – enter a reason in the “Annotations” field and click Lock. A frozen card cannot be used for bookings until unlocked.
