Go to "Customers" to view the customer registry.
- Click on the "customer name" to view the "customer profile".
- Click on the "edit icon" (represented by a pencil in a box).
Change validity: Click on the date below "Valid until" and select date to prolong or shorten the punch card's validity.
Freeze card: Enter reasons in the "Annotations" field and click "Lock".
Add or delete punches: Click on -1 to remove a punch and +1 to add a punch.
