Move or delete extra times

During a round you may need to adjust match or extra times. Here is how to handle common scenarios.

Delete an extra time or regular match time

Go to Current round > Upcoming times and click Delete next to the time you want to remove.

Move a match time to an extra time (as admin)

1. Log in to the player page (backhandsmash.nu).
2. Use Login as to select one of the players.
3. Click Book and select the new time the player wants.

Add a time that is not available as extra time

1. Book the requested time in MATCHi with the customer intended for league play.
2. Add the time in Backhandsmash under Current round > Upcoming times > Add time.
3. Once added, players can book the time themselves. Alternatively, use Login as on the player page to book it on their behalf.

How players add their own booked time

1. The player books a time in MATCHi.
2. The player logs in to Backhandsmash.
3. Go to My pages > Schedule.
4. Click Add your own time.
5. Enter the time booked in MATCHi and specify which match it relates to.
