When do we get our payout?
MATCHi sends statements around the 10th of every month. If your venue has a payout, the money is sent around the 15th of the month.
How do I refund a player for a booking?
If the booking is still in the schedule and it is within 48 hours of the booking end time, you can issue a refund yourself. If more than 48 hours have passed, contact MATCHi support. Refunds can only be processed for payments made within the current month.
If the booking has already been cancelled, contact MATCHi support for assistance.
What if I need to refund a payment from a previous month?
Contact MATCHi support. Refunds for previous months need to be handled manually.
Where can I see my transaction history?
Go to Orders in the menu to see all transactions. Use the statistics view under Administration for aggregated revenue data. For financial summaries, refer to your monthly statements.
