When do we as a venue get our payout?
MATCHi send out the statements around the 10th of every month. If you should have a payout the money will be sent around the 15th of every month

Refund a player for a booking?
If the booking is still in the time schedule and it is maximum 48 hours after end time of booking you are able to make a refund. If it is after 48hours, you need to contact MATCHi.
If the booking is already cancelled you as an admin need to contact MATCHi support. If the payment is made within current month MATCHi has the opportunity to make a refund

Refund a player for a course or application
No, you need to contact MATCHi support team

Refund a player for a membership
Yes, you are able to refund a player for the membership until 24 hours after they have bought it. If you want to give a refund a player after that you need to contact MATCHi support team

Can the support team always refund a player if a venue ask them to?
The support team can only do a refund in the same month as the player have done the payment

Where can I find my statements?
Contact MATCHi Support and we will assist you with this. Have your customer number in hand for us to find the statement

When will we receive our money / information about statements?
MATCHi send out statements once a month around the 10th

VAT on statements?
MATCHi will only withdraw VAT on costs from MATCHi to the venue. VAT for income from player is not shown since MATCHi is not reporting this. (The venue does this from their side)

Where can I find the receipt?
Your players will find their receipts in the app or at the webb. In the app under Profil and Payments. On the website under My Payments. If you as a venue would like to give a receipt to a player you can find it in the players profil under customer
