The course planning is for creating and planning your upcoming courses. This is made under "TP" > "Course planning". If you have several courses, you can simplify the overview by choosing color codes for your courses. In the upper left corner, there is a list of all your courses, to the left of those there is a color with a dropdown list, choose new colors there.
Create a new course entry
To create a new course entry, you first need to have an active or upcoming course (See "Training planner" > "Courses").
- Click "Add" to the right in the black stripe for that specific weekday
- Choose course
- Set a trainer for this specific entry
- Set a start- and end time (you can set the course length to two hours even if you only have 1-hour bookings in the schedule)
- Choose a court
- Write a comment/text for this course entry if needed.
- Click "Save"
When you are finished with planning the occasions in the training planner tool, you have to book those time slots in the bookingsschedule so that they are blocked for customers. That doesn't happen automatically. Use the booking type "Training" and set the booking as reoccuring so you don't have to book every day separately. You can also use the comment section when creating the booking, write the name of the course and tick the checkbox "Use this comment as booking information".
Plan courses
- At the top of the page there are three filters to choose from to make the overview clearer, start with filtering the course you want to begin planning
- On the left side of the page there are lists over "Courses", "Coaches" and "Course participants". If you filtered the page like described in step 1, the "Course participants" part is also already filtered accordingly. If you want to you can minimize "Courses" and "Coaches" to make the page cleaner while planning. Do this by clicking the blue headlines to the left.
- In the list of course-participants you can find the names of all participants, a magnifier if they have a course application and a small colored circle with two numbers, for example 1/0. The left number shows how many course-sessions a week that this customer has requested in the application form (if they don't have an application for that course, the number will be 0). The right-side number tells you how many course-sessions a week that the customer is planned into. If the numbers are the same on both sides, the circle turns green.
- To plan a customer in to a course you can search in the list of course participants, then simply drag and drop the customer's name into one of the courses to the right. The customer is then added as an active course participant for that specific session.
