Edit a course
When editing a course, you can customise both the course settings and the application form.
Application form fields
You can toggle fields on/off to control what customers see. Turning off a field hides it from the application form. Each field also has a Compulsory checkbox – ticking it makes the field mandatory. Some fields are permanently required for MATCHi to recognise the customer.
Course settings
- Start and end date – how long the course is active.
- Application open/close date – when customers can apply. The form closes automatically when the end date is reached.
- Maximum participants – when this number of accepted applications is reached, the form closes automatically. The total number of applications can exceed this limit.
- Membership mandatory – restrict the course to members only.
- Payment obligatory – require payment when applying. No application can be submitted without payment unless it is made by an administrator.
