When you have chosen an application form that suits your purpose you can edit it by turning on and off the different fields. When you turn off a field it won't be visible to the customers. To the right of each field there is a "Compulsory" tick box, if you tick it the customer can't file the application without filling in the field. Some fields are marked permanently as compulsory and "ON" because they are required for MATCHi to recognize the customers.
Start- and end date for the course: Fill in how long the course should be active by setting a start- and end date.
Start- and closing date for the application: Here you set the application dates for the course, meaning how long and when the application should be open.
Maximum number of participants: Choose if you want a maximum number of participants in the course, when you have reached that number the application will automatically close. Note that this is the maximum number for accepted applications, the total amount of applications can therefore be more than this maximum amount.
Membership mandatory: Activate this setting if the course should only be available for members of your venue.
Payment obligatory: If you want to receive payment for the course with the application you can activate this here and then enter the price. If you do this no application can be filed without a payment, unless it is made by an administrator. Administrators can never pay for the application.
Click "Save" before leaving the page.
