Refund registration

If the customer has paid online via MATCHi, please contact us at MATCHi support.

We can assist with refunds until the last day of the current month. For example, purchases made in April can be refunded until April 30th. After that, you will need to handle the refund manually as the invoice has already been created and the amount paid out to your facility.
